Job Description
The Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) seeks applicants for a Professor position to work in the field of radiation protection for accelerator facilities. The successful candidate will belong to Radiation Science Center of ARL and is expected to take a leading role in the radiation safety analysis and construction of the advanced safety system of the KEK Tsukuba electron accelerator complex and one in the future research plan of KEK. The candidate is expected to play a leading role in the researches concerning radiation chemistry related to accelerator health physics.
Qualification
Person with the ability to research and educate. The candidate should have the first class Japanese certification for radiation protection.
