Job Description

We are seeking outstanding applicants for Postdoctoral Fellow positions at QUP in theoretical physics.
We are interested in candidates with a strong background in particle phenomenology, cosmology, astroparticle physics, and quantum field theory applications. Preferred candidates will also be interested in bridging theoretical work with experiments and observations to discover new physics.
Successful candidates are expected to interact and collaborate with QUP Principal Investigators Kazunori Nakayama and Volodymyr Takhistov, as well as conduct independent research. Postdoctoral Fellows will benefit from interactions with QUP experimentalists who are involved in and lead various international projects, including novel dark matter searches in laboratories and space missions for cosmology and astrophysics. Interdisciplinary research at QUP is also facilitated by its satellite laboratories at the University of California at Berkeley (USA), Toyota Central R&D Lab. and ISAS at JAXA. The Postdoctoral fellow will have the opportunity to interact with members of the KEK Theory Center regularly.
