KEK promotes activities to realize an environment where diverse talents can maximize their potential and thrive under equal opportunities while respecting each other’s differences. Those activities are called DE&I (Diversity, Fairness, and Inclusion), and as part of this, we have compiled “Prevention of Harassment in Joint Research Experiments.”
KEK has been responding proactively to harassment in KEK-related activities and encourages early consultation with the harassment counsellors on possible cases. In particular, if you believe that KEK should act, please consult with the KEK counsellors without hesitation.
