Job Description
The Institute of Materials Structure Science (IMSS), one of the Inter-University Research Institutes, promotes advanced and multiple use of four types of quantum beams, synchrotron radiation, neutrons, muons and positrons, in materials and life sciences. The successful candidate belongs to the Neutron Science Division (KENS). He/she is expected to drive material science through use of neutron instruments in J-PARC MLF and to play a leading role in the facility management. He/she is also expected to develop the inter-university program with IMSS’s quantum beams. The workplace is KEK Tokai campus.
