Job Description
The Institute of Materials Structure Science (IMSS), which is affiliated to KEK acting as an Inter-University Research Institute Corporation to promote interdisciplinary and complimentary use of four types of quantum beams, synchrotron radiation (SR), neutron, muon and positron, in materials and life sciences research, is seeking an outstanding young scientists for the Muon Science Laboratory (KEK-MSL). The succesful candidate will be responsible to lead muon science by conducting cutting-edge research in the field of ultra slow negative muon development explored in the Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research on Innovative Areas 「Advanced negative muon beam development」. The workplace is KEK Tokai campus.
Qualification
Applicant must have enough knowledge and experience in the experimental physics.
