Job Description

Institute of Particle and Nuclear Studies (IPNS) is seeking to fill one associate professor position with tenure. The successful candidate will belong to Cryogenic Group at IPNS, and will play a core role in developing, constructing and operating superconducting magnet systems or cryogenic systems in J-PARC. Particularly the candidate is expected to promote the COMET superconducting magnet system construction at first. Furthermore, the candidate will develop superconducting or cryogenic engineering for future scientific program promoted in IPNS.
The workplace is the Tokai campus.

Person with the ability to research and education.
