Job Description

The Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) seeks applicants for a Professor position to work in the field of radiation protection for accelerator facilities.
The successful candidate will belong to Radiation Science Center of ARL and is expected to supervise the radiation safety analysis and construction of the advanced safety system for the KEK /JAEA Tokai proton accelerator complex(J-PARC). She/He is also expected to play a leading role in the researches concerning radiation physics, radiation chemistry or radiation engineering related to accelerator health physics, and give lectures and supervise students. She/He should have the first class Japanese certification for radiation protection.
