Job Description

The Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) seeks applicants for Post-doctor researcher position to work in the following fields;
(1) Radiation physics, radiation chemistry, radiation engineering or health physics related to accelerator radiation safety.
(2) Computational science related to accelerator science, which includes the development of distributed computing, computer simulation, data acquisition, and data analysis method.
(3)Applied superconducting magnet technologies and/or cryogenic engineering in the projects and/or future science programs that are carried out at KEK.
(4) Mechanical engineering in the projects carried out at KEK and advanced and fundamental mechanical engineering for future science programs.

Qualification

Person who obtained Ph. D degree within 10 years on Appl. Deadline. Or person who will certainly obtain Ph. D degree before job starts. The post-doctor position is open for candidates who are highly motivated.
