Purpose and Vision
With TPCX, this project aims at the clarification of phenomena of elementary particles which have so far been difficult to measure, and dramatic enhancement of performance of radiation measuring equipment for medical and industrial use.
Summary
This project aims at the development of high-resolution and high-sensitivity detectors with a liquid Xe time projection chamber (TPC) enabling precise measurements of spatial positions (3D), times (+1D), and energy of various quantities, such as gamma rays and charged particles.
